Ms. Mitchell owns and manages NCM ENTERPRISES which is connected with professionals, business and cultural organizations.

Established in 1997 NCM Enterprises maintains offices in the Marquette Building which is centered in the financial and convention districts. NCM Enterprises' office is within minutes to some of Detroit's finest cultural arts venues. Ms. Mitchell is the founder and producer of the TEA and OPERA series created in 2004.

Career History and Education:

Ms. Mitchell is a former partner with Barter Detroit, Inc. She has worked in Fortune 500 companies since 1980 acquiring a broad range of marketing/sales, customer relations, program planning/budgeting and administration expertise in more than thirty different industries such as: General Electric Co., AT&T, Ford Motor Co., Pacific Gas & Electric Co., USDA-U.S. Forest Service, The San Francisco Convention & Visitor's Bureau, Union Bank and Lockheed Shipbuilding Co.

Ms. Mitchell has a B.A. in Sociology/Psychology from Howard University and obtained her M.B.A. in Management from The University of the District of Columbia.
